First and foremost, you need to know that 1stBrowser is based on Google’s Chromium open source project. Cons:
Annoying default behavior: automatically runs and launches at startup, closing the X button doesn’t actually close it, uses the Teoma search engine, offers sponsored suggestions and sponsored features.

Pros

1stBrowser is available for Windows and Mac. 1stBrowser is based on Chromium. 1stBrowser lets you customize how the browser looks like. There’s a built-in media downloader. 1stBrowser is free software.

Cons

equently, 1stBrowser offers all the goodies you’ve come to expect from Google’s web browser: a minimalist interface that doesn’t distract from the browsing, fast browsing and download speeds, Incognito browsing, sign into your Google account to sync your data across all your devices, get extensions and apps from the Chrome Web Store, and so on. Moving on, the next important thing you need to know about 1stBrowser is that it lets you extensively customize how the web browser looks like. From the aptly named Customization menu you can download a ready-made browser theme and/or edit your current theme: change the wallpaper displayed on the New Tab page, adjust the color set, pick a new browser icon. And last but not least, you need to know about 1stBrowser’s extra features: easy access to a large collection of games, a built-in media downloader, and a media gallery that lets you view and manage all your media (images, music, videos, and other downloads). 1stBrowser is available for Windows and Mac, offering support for any Windows edition from Windows Vista up to Windows 10 and for any macOS edition from OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard onward. 1stBrowser is free, ad-supported software; by default, it offers sponsored suggestions and sponsored features. Also by default, 1stBrowser uses Teoma instead of Google Search. And since we’re so deep into 1stBrowser’s default behavior, I have to add that it will automatically run and automatically launch at startup. Using 1stBrowser is like using a highly customizable version of Chrome. 1stBrowser is based on Google’s web browser and lets you extensively customize how the browser looks like.
